1. Use contractors lights and set your white balance to incandescent. Be sure to take off the wire screen so you don't cast shadows.
2. Providing your camera has an integrated flash, just use that. Or you could use a speedlight. It's kind of hard to say, not knowing what you are photographing and what kind of camera you use.
