How to sell photography - how do i convince my friend that she is beautiful and will take beautiful photos?

i am a beginner photographer and i am shooting my friend. she is nervous and she doesn't think she takes good photos, but she really does.

Get her to take pictures of you as well and then you both can laugh over the results--take lots of goofy poses then try to be a little serious. Make it fun and interesting.
Tell her to take the photos, and then show them to her friends ad other people. If she really does take good pictures, then she will get positive feedback. Hopefully that will encourage her. Good Luck :)
lot of women are afraid of it.. i think its the warmth of the camera when you know its there and arent used to it. just try goofing around, make her comfortable and shoot some pictures in the process. eventually she should get more relaxed and will be more open to modeling or posing.. but those spontaneous fun shots can also be great shots too if you're lucky =) im sure when she sees you can take pictures that make her look beautiful, and really sees it, that she will be more open to it... and many times even embrace it. Go to a place where their is a MAC (cosmetics) store, and get your make up done there. They do it for free. You can get all sorts of make up done there, casual, crazy, fancy, anything you name you got it. So i say both of you get your make up done there, then go home and have a photo shoot like you wanted, this way she won't think she's ugly and will be eager to get pictures of her taking because of her new look! also it will be very good looking on your pictures, it will look professional cause i professional did her make up
