Best Ways To Make Money Selling Photography:

Is there a way that people can sell their photography as things like poster art? etc?

I'm interested to know if is possible to sell your own photography to someone like a poster company for example. But, the only problem is that I'm not a professional photographer. I understand that competition is hot between photographers to have their work noticed, but photography is just a hobby for me at the moment, whilst I do my degree.

2. Check out, www.istockphoto.com they pay for images there....and you get royalties everytime someone uses your image.
3. You can try companies which sell stock photos like http://bigstockphoto.com , or you can create a website, hosted by a company which handles all the money, and printing for you, like http://smugmug.com (it's $150.00 a year). Or you can join a group like http://redbubble.com it's free, and some folks do sell quite a few photos and other items. good luck to you :)
