Where to post photographs (serious amateur)?

Could someone point me to a site where i can post my photography work? I would like constructive criticism and some technical guidance. Sites like deviantart.com have really gone to the dogs as far as i'm concerned. And flickr leaves a lot to be desired. I don't sell my work, I just want some exposure since keeping my photos all for myself isn't helping any. Thanks in advance
