When the Hunt Brothers tried to corner the market and silver was above $50 an ounce, there were some recyclers who would buy photographic waste. We have some productive gold mines that have been shut down for years because of the cost of extraction.
4. Yes, a company called Safety-Kleen will pay you for it and recycle it. They are national, so look em up.
