Best camera for beginner photographer?

HI! okay so im REALLYinto photography and i reallly want to know what the best camera is for a beginner, and alsoo it cant be too expensive because i have to buy it myself. CAN YOU HELP?! :D

Around $160 at Computizone.com This camera, recommended by one of the photographers at DisneyWorld, has all the bells and whistles I was looking for: large LCD screen with "off" option to save AA batteries; a viewfinder to use to minimize "shake", although it does have ISO; manual use option; plus many shooting settings such as sports, portrait, etc. It is fairly lightweight, and was in the price range I was looking for. I am very satisfied.
