Hey Photographers, should i buy a Nikon D70?

I know this camera is old but it is still worth it or should i get a D60 or a D50 Please give any advice. PS. I am a amateur photographer , loving taking pics of nature, still shots, portraits and fashion photography My friend is selling his D70 to me for the price of $425 while another friend of mine is selling his D70 (body only) for $225 And 1 friend of mine is selling his D60 for $580(including 2 lens Nikkor AF-S 18-55 & nikon50mm 1:1.8 +4GB Card)

1. I think your friends may all be asking too much for their cameras! I have no idea what cameras are selling for in the Philapines, but the D50 is archaic now, as well as the D70. The D80 has been replaced with the D90. That leaves current models of D40 (entry level and a good camera), D60...a step above the D40, and a jump to the D90 (expensive). The D60 is selling here for about 550 with lens. Perhaps in good working condition, your friend's D60 with 2 lenses is the best buy. The D70 body is not worth the money. Lenses by themselves get very expensive.
