How can I sell my photography in stores?

I live in a college town with a couple great independent gift-type shops and I was wondering how I would go about getting them to sell my photography? I really have no idea how to do this. Should I sell it to them and then they sell it to someone else for a different price?

1. You should go into the stores and try to speak with the owner/manager. Since it isnt a "chain store" type of store, it prolly has a single owner, someone who is approcahable and may be willing to either buy your photogs out right or take them and sell them and take a percentage of the sales.
