Do you need a licence/qualification to be a photographer and start a small photography business?

Hi there I was wondering do you need a licence/qualiafication to be a photographer and start a photography business taking pictures in Australia that is. As well do you need to stuyd photography or something? Many thanks ^^ please let me know where you got your resources

1. no just make sure you put watermarks on your photos so noone steals them and says they took the picture. Look up rosie hardy on flickr. she made a business out of taking pictures and they are really good!!!
2. No. The watermark is a good idea. Get a pro flickr account and participate in the groups and discussions too. Also, learn photoshop.
3. I would guess that you would legally need a business license. At least that's how it works in the USA.
